ERPNext is an open-source system that centrally integrates and automates a company's core processes (Finance, HR, Inventory, and others), providing a unified view, improving collaboration among users, and facilitating strategic decision-making. It centralizes information from different business areas to optimize management and productivity.

ERPNext is a comprehensive, standardized system used by many companies worldwide. It offers a wide variety of add-on modules that are not included in our plans but can be installed according to your requirements. Most of these modules have no additional licensing costs. Among the most popular modules are: Point of Sale, Payment Gateway, E-commerce, Human Resources, Payroll, Manufacturing, Education - Enrollment, Medical Practice, and many others.

Many of the ERPNext add-on modules are free and we can install them on your ERPNext instance. However, some modules are not currently supported by our team at Vorealis, so we do not offer support for them, and their configuration and use are the customer's responsibility at this time. Installing or uninstalling modules incurs a small additional fee.

We offer a very quick installation process that takes about an hour. However, the installation only gets ERPNext up and running; it then needs to be configured and populated with data for normal operation. This configuration, data loading, and commissioning process is known as Implementation, which is offered as a separate service and its cost depends on the configuration and data to be incorporated. On average, implementation can take two to four weeks.

Of course. Contracts are monthly, so you can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, you must notify us beforehand so we can deactivate your installation without affecting the integrity of your data. Data in ERPNext is easy to export to Excel files.
